At Omnia Jiu-Jitsu Academy, we welcome students of every age and fitness background. Whether your goal is to get in shape, explore a new passion, or push yourself in competition, our programs are designed to support your journey every step of the way.

Tiny Warriors (Ages 5-8)

Our Tiny Warriors program blends movement, focus, and fun to give kids their first taste of Jiu-Jitsu. This exciting and high-energy class teaches fundamentals, improves coordination, and helps develop a strong, focused mindset. Kids will make friends, build social skills, and most of all, they will have a blast.

Youth Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 9-15)

Our Youth Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to teach children and teenagers the fundamentals of this martial art in a safe and fun environment. The program focuses on building discipline, self-confidence, and respect while also teaching effective self-defense techniques. Classes include a combination of drills, techniques, and sparring. The program includes a strong emphasis on physical fitness, helping kids and teens to stay active and healthy.

Overall, our kids and teens Jiu-Jitsu program is an excellent way for children and teenagers to develop important life skills while also learning a valuable martial art that will help them realize their highest potential.

Women’s Only Jiu-Jitsu

Led by purple belt National Champion and Master World’s medalist Ashley Clark, our women’s only classes offer a supportive, empowering, and safe space to train for women of all skill levels. This program is specifically designed to elevate women in jiu-jitsu by helping women feel strong, capable, and in control. This class focuses on building confidence, skill, and a powerful community.

Adult Fundamentals Jiu-Jitsu

New to Jiu-Jitsu or unsure where to begin? Coming back from a long break? This is the class for you. Our Fundamentals program is designed to teach the basic principles and core concepts of Jiu-Jitsu in a simple and easy to understand format. This class is great for practitioners stepping on the mats for the first time or seasoned grapplers looking to sharpen their basics.

**These classes are designed for ALL fitness levels and will introduce new students to key Jiu-Jitsu movements and drills. There is no full live rolling or sparring in these classes, but students will get a taste of positional grappling**

Adult Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)

This class focuses on a comprehensive and complete approach to building effective Jiu-Jitsu skills. In this class students will develop physical fitness, strength, and flexibility through instruction that combines positional breakdowns, drilling, and live sparring(“rolling”).

This class is for everyone. All skill levels and all ranks. Whether you’re looking to learn self-defense, get in shape, or win a world championship, you’ll find what you need in this class.

No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

This class is the same as our Adult Jiu-Jitsu classes, just without the Gi uniform. In this class, students will develop the same skillsets, but tailored for the movements and rulesets of No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu. Do you have current or prior wrestling experience? This style of Jiu-Jitsu will feel familiar to you. No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu is one of the fastest growing martial arts with leagues in multiple fighting organizations such as UFC and One Championship, and we’re excited to bring this style of Jiu-Jitsu to Marana.

Community Pop-up Classes

At Omnia Jiu-Jitsu Academy community means everything to us! Community classes are just one of the ways that we plan to support and give back to our local community. Be sure to subscribe to our social media pages to keep up to date on our community pop-up classes like Kids Anti-Bullying, Women’s Self Defense, and many more!

We will also have weekly open mats open to the community regardless of affiliation. You can find the times for these posted on our Schedule.
